After dealing with some family issues and some fibro pain for a while, I finally started creating again. It comes and goes for me. I’m such a perfectionist, that it’s incredibly hard for me to just let go and see where it takes me. I’ve been working very hard to just not think and not worry about being judged. Some interesting things have come out of just letting go. It may just look like paint slapped around, but it represents freedom for me.
